I recently visited Maru Sushi & Grill and had a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant had a clean, welcoming atmosphere that made it a great place for a casual meal or a nice dinner with friends and family. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. I ordered a variety of sushi rolls along with some grilled dishes, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The sushi was beautifully prepared, with well-seasoned rice, fresh ingredients, and a great balance of flavors in every bite. The grilled items were also delicious, cooked perfectly and served with generous portions. The presentation was impressive, and you could tell care went into preparing each dish. The restaurant was comfortable, the service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable for the quality of food. Whether you're a sushi lover or looking to try a mix of Japanese dishes, Maru Sushi & Grill is a great place to visit. I'll definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu and enjoy another great meal.

Maru Sushi is easily THE. BEST. SUSHI IN GRAND RAPIDS!!! I have tried almost every single sushi spot in GR and the surrounding areas and Maru has got to be the best I’ve tried! The service was amazing, the people around are happy to be here and the sushi was seriously outstanding!!!! Highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for amazing sushi in Grand Rapids! Thanks to Ella our server she rocked it out of the park for us and was super attentive and sweet : ) 🍣

This meal: blueberry lavender, cherry limeade, gyoza, miso, house salad, blue mango, oceans 12. Beautiful fresh food. Everything fresh and clean. Flavors and textures nicely balanced. The food works well with the peaceful atmosphere and the booths are super comfortable, making for a great dining experience for pleasure and business. Cheers to you for a fantastic meal.

Camille was the best! First time and I couldn’t have had a better experience. They were super accommodating to my shellfish allergy and made my first time trying sushi the best. Lovely, clean atmosphere. Will be bringing my girlfriends here 💛

A friend of mine told me about this sushi place and she spoke so highly of their firecracker shrimp and sushi rolls that I had to check it out myself. From the moment I walked in it was so clean and the atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for the girl who was our waitress was so sweet. The firecracker shrimp was definitely my favorite choice. The sushi rolls are not only tasteful they are arranged beautifully. I almost didn’t want to ruin them 😂. Highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to go back again. And you get to have a dessert for your birthday, which was absolutely divine. I picked chocolate truffle and I can’t find anything negative to say about this place.
